Article L552-13 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

Asylum seekers accommodated in the accommodation facilities mentioned in article L. 552-1 benefit from social and administrative support.
The minimum standards for social and administrative support in these accommodation facilities are defined by decree in the Conseil d’Etat. The aim of this decree is to gradually standardise the conditions of care in these facilities.

Les demandeurs d’asile accueillis dans les lieux d’hébergement mentionnés à l’article L. 552-1 bénéficient d’un accompagnement social et administratif.
Les normes minimales en matière d’accompagnement social et administratif dans ces lieux d’hébergement sont définies par décret en Conseil d’Etat. Ce décret vise à assurer une uniformisation progressive des conditions de prise en charge dans ces structures.
