The material reception conditions for asylum seekers are offered to each asylum seeker by the French Office for Immigration and Integration after their application has been registered by the competent administrative authority.
The applicant is informed, in a language he or she understands or may reasonably be expected to understand, that he or she may be refused material reception conditions or that they may be terminated under the conditions and in accordance with the procedures laid down in Articles L. 551-15 and L. 551-16.
