Article L551-13 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

Payment of the asylum seeker’s allowance ends at the end of the month during which the applicant’s right to remain on French territory ended under the conditions set out in articles L. 542-1 and L. 542-2.
For people who have been recognised as refugees under article L. 511-1 or granted the benefit of subsidiary protection under article L. 512-1, payment of the allowance ends at the end of the month following notification of the decision.

Article L551-13

Le versement de l’allocation pour demandeur d’asile prend fin au terme du mois au cours duquel le droit du demandeur de se maintenir sur le territoire français a pris fin dans les conditions prévues aux articles L. 542-1 et L. 542-2.
Pour les personnes qui se sont vu reconnaître la qualité de réfugié prévue à l’article L. 511-1 ou accorder le bénéfice de la protection subsidiaire prévue à l’article L. 512-1, le bénéfice de l’allocation prend fin au terme du mois qui suit celui de la notification de la décision.
