Asylum seekers who do not have a stable place of residence elect domicile with a legal entity approved for this purpose for each département, under conditions laid down by decree in the Conseil d’Etat.

Le demandeur d’asile qui ne dispose pas d’un domicile stable élit domicile auprès d’une personne morale conventionnée à cet effet pour chaque département, dans des conditions fixées par décret en Conseil d’Etat.
