Article L5521-1 of the French Public Health Code

Title I and Chapter I of Title II of Book I of this Part, with the exception of Article L. 5121-9-1, as well as Articles L. 5122-1, L. 5124-13, L. 5125-1-1 and 6° of Article L. 5125-32 are applicable to Wallis and Futuna, subject to the adaptations provided for in this Chapter.

Articles L. 5112-1 and L. 5121-5 are applicable in the territory of the Wallis and Futuna Islands, in the version resulting fromOrder No. 2016-966 of 15 July 2016.

Article L. 5121-1-2 is applicable in Wallis and Futuna in the version resulting from Law No. 2016-41 of 26 January 2016.

Article L. 5121-12 is applicable to the Wallis and Futuna Islands in the version resulting from Law No. 2022-1616 of 23 December 2022 on the financing of social security for 2023.

Articles L. 5121-1 and L. 5121-12-1 shall apply to the Wallis and Futuna Islands in the version resulting from Law No. 2021-1754 of 23 December 2021.

Article L. 5121-12-1-1 shall apply to the Wallis and Futuna Islands in the version resulting from Act No. 2019-1446 of 24 December 2019.

Articles L. 5121-12-1-2 and L. 5121-14-3 are applicable to the Wallis and Futuna Islands in their wording resulting from Act No. 2020-1576 of 14 December 2020.

Le titre Ier et le chapitre Ier du titre II du livre Ier de la présente partie, à l’exception de l’article L. 5121-9-1, ainsi que les articles L. 5122-1, L. 5124-13, L. 5125-1-1 et le 6° de l’article L. 5125-32 sont applicables à Wallis-et-Futuna, sous réserve des adaptations prévues au présent chapitre.
