Article L5522-2-2 of the French Labour Code

For its application in Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique, Mayotte, La Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, article L. 5134-72 is supplemented by two paragraphs worded as follows:

“When the initiative-employment contract combines the exercise of a professional activity with the benefit of training linked to this activity and provided during working hours, the State may cover all or part of the costs incurred in providing this training, in accordance with the procedures determined by decree. “

“Unless otherwise stipulated, a Conseil d’Etat decree will determine the terms and conditions for the application of this article. “

Pour son application en Guadeloupe, en Guyane, en Martinique, à Mayotte, à La Réunion, à Saint-Barthélemy, à Saint-Martin et à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, l’article L. 5134-72 est complété par deux alinéas ainsi rédigés :

” Lorsque le contrat initiative-emploi associe l’exercice d’une activité professionnelle et le bénéfice d’une formation liée à cette activité et dispensée pendant le temps de travail, l’Etat peut prendre en charge tout ou partie des frais engagés pour dispenser cette formation, selon des modalités déterminées par décret. “

” Sauf disposition contraire, un décret en Conseil d’Etat détermine les modalités d’application du présent article. “
