For its application in Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Mayotte, La Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, Article L. 5134-19-1 reads as follows:
“Art. L. 5134-19-1 -The single integration contract is an employment contract concluded between an employer and an employee under the conditions set out in sub-section 3 of sections 2 and 5 of this chapter and in paragraph 3 of sub-section 4 of section 1 of Chapter II of Title II of Book V, under which aid for professional integration is granted under the conditions set out in sub-section 2 of sections 2 and 5 of this chapter and in paragraph 2 of sub-section 4 of section 1 of Chapter II of Title II of Book V. The decision to grant this aid is taken by :
“1° Either, on behalf of the State, the institution mentioned in article L. 5312-1, the bodies mentioned in article L. 5314-1 or, in accordance with the procedures laid down by decree, one of the bodies mentioned in 1° bis of article L. 5311-4 ;
“2° Or the President of the General Council when this assistance concerns a beneficiary of the active solidarity income financed by the department;
“3° Or, on behalf of the State, the academic rectors for the contracts mentioned in I of article L. 5134-125.
“The amount of this assistance is based on a rate, set by the administrative authority, applied to the minimum growth wage. “
