Article L5524-10 of the French Labour Code

A Conseil d’Etat decree makes the necessary adjustments to the provisions of Title II of Book IV, relating to compensation for workers deprived of employment, for their application in Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Mayotte, Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon.
