The Minister for the Economy shall set up a National Sanctions Commission responsible for imposing the sanctions provided for in Article L. 561-40. It shall deal with breaches detected during inspections carried out pursuant to Article L. 561-36-2:
1° By the Minister for the Economy or the Minister for the Budget for the persons mentioned in 8° of Article L. 561-2;
2° By the Minister for the Interior, the Minister for the Economy or the Minister for the Budget for the persons mentioned in 9° of Article L. 561-2;
2° bis By the Autorité nationale des jeux for the persons mentioned in 9° bis of the same Article L. 561-2;
3° By the Minister for the Economy for the persons mentioned in 15° of the same article;
4° By the Minister for the Economy or the Minister for the Budget for the persons mentioned in 10°, 11°, 11° bis and 14° of Article L. 561-2;
5° By a sports federation for the persons mentioned in 16° of Article L. 561-2.
The dissolution of the legal entity, the cessation of activity or the resignation of a person mentioned in 8°, 9°, 9° bis, 10°, 11°, 11° bis, 14°, 15° and 16° of Article L. 561-2 does not prevent the sanction proceedings from being continued against that person if the acts of which it is accused were committed while it was in activity.
