When the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons considers terminating refugee status pursuant to Articles L. 511-7 or L. 511-8 or the benefit of subsidiary protection pursuant to Article L. 512-3, it shall inform the person concerned in writing of the initiation of this procedure and the reasons for it.
Lorsque l’Office français de protection des réfugiés et apatrides envisage de mettre fin au statut de réfugié en application des articles L. 511-7 ou L. 511-8 ou au bénéfice de la protection subsidiaire en application de l’article L. 512-3, il informe par écrit la personne concernée de l’engagement de cette procédure ainsi que de ses motifs.
