Article L562-2 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The person concerned is given the opportunity to submit written observations on the grounds for ending refugee status or the benefit of subsidiary protection.
If, however, the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons deems it necessary to conduct a personal interview, this takes place under the conditions laid down in Articles L. 531-12 to L. 531-21.

Article L562-2

La personne concernée est mise à même de présenter par écrit ses observations sur les motifs de nature à faire obstacle à la fin du statut de réfugié ou du bénéfice de la protection subsidiaire.
Si l’Office français de protection des réfugiés et apatrides estime toutefois nécessaire de procéder à un entretien personnel, celui-ci se déroule dans les conditions prévues aux articles L. 531-12 à L. 531-21.
