I. – The articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-5 are applicable in French Polynesia subject to the adaptations provided for in II.
II. – 1° For the application of Article L. 5212-2, the second sentence reads as follows:
“This list is drawn up by the High Commissioner of the Republic, on the initiative of one or more municipal councils. “
2° The last sentence is deleted.

2° La dernière phrase est supprimée.
