Article L5842-23 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Article L. 5214-23 is applicable in French Polynesia, subject to the following provisions:

1° In 1°, the words: “mentioned in II or, where applicable, I of Article 1379-0 bis of the General Tax Code, as well as those mentioned in V of the same article” are replaced by the words: “the collection of which is authorised by the locally applicable provisions”;

2° In 4°, the words: “region, department” are replaced by the words: “French Polynesia”;

3° 8° is replaced by the following provisions:

“8° L’attribution au titre de la dotation d’intercommunalité instituée à l’article L. 5842-8”.

Article L5842-23

L’article L. 5214-23 est applicable en Polynésie française, sous réserve des dispositions suivantes :

1° Au 1°, les mots : ” mentionnées au II ou, le cas échéant, au I de l’article 1379-0 bis du code général des impôts, ainsi que celles mentionnées au V du même article ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” dont la perception est autorisée par les dispositions applicables localement ” ;

2° Au 4°, les mots : ” région, du département ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” de la Polynésie française ” ;

3° Le 8° est remplacé par les dispositions suivantes :

” 8° L’attribution au titre de la dotation d’intercommunalité instituée à l’article L. 5842-8 “.
