Article L6111-4 of the French Labour Code

A dematerialised service is hereby created, free of charge and accessible to all persons, enabling them to:

1° Receive initial information and personalised advice on vocational guidance and training;

2° Be directed towards structures likely to provide them with the information and advice they need to find a suitable career.

An agreement may be signed between the State, the regions and the fund referred to in article L. 6332-18 to contribute to the funding of this service.

Il est créé un service dématérialisé gratuit et accessible à toute personne, lui permettant :

1° De disposer d’une première information et d’un premier conseil personnalisé en matière d’orientation et de formation professionnelles ;

2° D’être orientée vers les structures susceptibles de lui fournir les informations et les conseils nécessaires à sa bonne orientation professionnelle.

Une convention peut être conclue entre l’Etat, les régions et le fonds visé à l’article L. 6332-18 pour concourir au financement de ce service.
