On the basis of quality standards drawn up by the region on the basis of specifications that it adopts, organisations may be recognised as participating in the regional public lifelong guidance service if they offer any person a set of services enabling them to:
1° To have access to exhaustive and objective information on occupations, the skills and qualifications required to practise them, training and certification schemes, as well as training organisations and the quality labels from which they benefit;
2° In the case of young people aged between 16 and 30, information on access to social rights and leisure activities;
3° Benefit from personalised advice so that they can make an informed choice of a trade, training course or certification suited to their aspirations, aptitudes and career prospects linked to the foreseeable needs of society, the economy and regional planning and, where the trade, training course or certification envisaged is the subject of a specific guidance or support service provided by another body, be directed in a relevant manner to that body.
