Article L6123-12 of the French Labour Code

France Compétences’ revenue is made up of taxes of all kinds, subsidies, fees for services rendered, income from sales and rentals as well as donations and bequests and miscellaneous income.

A percentage of this revenue is used to finance the implementation of the institution’s missions.

The revenues and their allocation are specified by decree.

Un pourcentage assis sur ces recettes permet de financer la mise en œuvre des missions de l’institution.

Les recettes et leurs modalités d’affectation sont précisées par décret.
