Foreign nationals who are notified of a decision requiring them to leave French territory are informed, by means of this written notification, of the conditions, laid down in articles L. 722-3 and L. 722-7, under which this decision may be enforced ex officio.
Where the period for voluntary departure has not been granted, the foreign national is given the opportunity, as soon as possible, to notify a counsel, their consulate or a person of their choice.
