Article L614-8 of the French Intellectual Property Code

Within three months of the publication of European patent applications and where the language of the proceedings is not French, the Institut national de la propriété industrielle shall ensure the translation and publication in French of the abstracts provided for in Article 78, paragraph 1-e, of the Munich Convention.

Dans les trois mois qui suivent la publication des demandes de brevets européens et lorsque la langue de la procédure n’est pas le français, l’Institut national de la propriété industrielle assure la traduction et la publicité en français des abrégés prévus à l’article 78, paragraphe 1-e, de la Convention de Munich.
