Article L6142-13 of the French Public Health Code

In each hospital and university centre, a biomedical and public health research committee is set up to be consulted on matters determined by regulation, in particular on the conditions under which the establishment organises its research policy jointly with the universities and with the public scientific and technological establishments or other research bodies that have entered into an association agreement for the operation of the university hospital centre under the conditions set out in article L. 6142-5.

Article L6142-13

Dans chaque centre hospitalier et universitaire, il est créé un comité de la recherche en matière biomédicale et de santé publique consulté sur des matières déterminées par voie réglementaire, notamment sur les conditions dans lesquelles l’établissement organise sa politique de recherche conjointement avec les universités et avec les établissements publics scientifiques et technologiques ou autres organismes de recherche ayant passé une convention d’association au fonctionnement du centre hospitalier universitaire dans les conditions prévues à l’article L. 6142-5.
