Article L6142-14 of the French Public Health Code

As stated in article L. 713-6 of the Education Code, reproduced below:

“The financial costs resulting from the application of articles L. 632-1, L. 713-5, L. 952-21 to L. 952-23 are borne in their entirety by the budget of the Ministry of National Education for public medical, pharmaceutical and post-graduate education. As regards medical and pharmaceutical research, the costs incurred by the State are shared between this budget and that of the Ministry of Health. “

Comme il est dit à l’article L. 713-6 du code de l’éducation ci-après reproduit :

” Les charges financières résultant de l’application des articles L. 632-1, L. 713-5, L. 952-21 à L. 952-23 sont supportées en totalité, en ce qui concerne l’enseignement public médical pharmaceutique et post-universitaire, par le budget du ministère de l’éducation nationale. En ce qui concerne la recherche médicale et pharmaceutique, les charges incombant à l’Etat sont réparties entre ce budget et celui du ministère de la santé. “
