Article L6147-13 of the French Public Health Code

I. – The players in the healthcare system mentioned in I of article L. 6147-10 may sign the agreement mentioned in I of the same article with the army hospitals and the other elements of the army health service mentioned in 2° of I of article L. 6147-12 and with the Minister of Defence in respect of the elements of the armed forces health service mentioned in 3° of the I of article L. 6147-12.

This agreement is drawn up and updated in accordance with the protocol mentioned in article L. 6147-11 and the specific contracts mentioned in article L. 6147-12.

II. – The agreement provided for in I may in particular take the form of the constituent agreement provided for in IV of article L. 6132-1 or the constituent agreement provided for in article L. 6133-4.

Article L6147-13

I. – Les acteurs du système de santé mentionnés au I de l’article L. 6147-10 peuvent signer la convention, mentionnée au I de ce même article, avec les hôpitaux des armées et les autres éléments du service de santé des armées mentionnés au 2° du I de l’article L. 6147-12 et avec le ministre de la défense au titre des éléments du service de santé des armées mentionnés au 3° du I de l’article L. 6147-12.

Cette convention est établie et actualisée en cohérence avec le protocole mentionné à l’article L. 6147-11 et les contrats spécifiques mentionnés à l’article L. 6147-12.

II. – La convention prévue au I peut notamment prendre la forme de la convention constitutive prévue au IV de l’article L. 6132-1 ou de la convention constitutive prévue à l’article L. 6133-4.
