I.-The following apply to the staff mentioned in 1° to 4° ofArticle L. 6152-1:
1° The following provisions of the General Civil Service Code:
a) Article L. 115-7 ;
b) Article L. 121-3 ;
c) Chapter III of Title II of Book I ;
d) Sections 2 to 4 of Chapter IV of Title II;
e) Article L. 124-26 ;
f) Chapter IV of Title III of Book I;
2° Articles L. 531-1 to L. 531-16 of the Research Code.
By way of derogation from 1°, the staff mentioned in 1° and 2° of article L. 6152-1 whose working time is less than or equal to 90% of the service obligations of a full-time practitioner may engage in a profit-making private activity on a professional basis. This derogation must be declared to the director of the establishment to which the person concerned reports for the performance of his/her duties. The conditions for the application of this paragraph are laid down by regulation.
II – The provisions applying article L. 121-3 of the General Civil Service Code and Chapter III of Title II of Book I of the same code to the staff mentioned in 1° to 4° of article L. 6152-1 of this code lay down the conditions under which these staff may devote part of their working time to carrying out expert appraisals ordered by a magistrate in application of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
III-Personnel mentioned in 1° to 4° of article L. 6152-1 are entitled to leave with pay to carry out a period of activity in the operational reserve for a period not exceeding thirty days per calendar year.
IV – Article L. 714-14 of the General Civil Service Code is applicable to the personnel mentioned in article L. 6152-1 of the present code.
