Article L6163-8 of the French Public Health Code

Private health establishments set up in the form of hospital cooperatives of doctors draw up an establishment project as defined in article L. 6143-2.

This must be reflected in the internal regulations of the hospital cooperative.

Les établissements de santé privés constitués sous forme de coopératives hospitalières de médecins établissent un projet d’établissement tel que défini à l’article L. 6143-2.

Il doit faire l’objet d’une traduction dans le règlement intérieur de la société coopérative hospitalière.
