Article L621-12-1 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

At the request of a court hearing an action for damages, the Autorité des marchés financiers may transmit to the court any investigation or inspection reports in its possession, the production of which is relevant to the resolution of the dispute.

L’Autorité des marchés financiers peut transmettre à la juridiction saisie d’une action en réparation d’un préjudice qui en fait la demande les procès-verbaux et les rapports d’enquête ou de contrôle qu’elle détient dont la production est utile à la solution du litige.
