The General Regulation of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers may also lay down rules for informing the Autorité des Marchés Financiers and the public about orders, transactions and positions in financial instruments and units referred to inArticle L. 229-7 of the Environmental Code that are not admitted to trading on a regulated market.

If the Autorité des marchés financiers fails to act despite a formal notice sent by the Minister responsible for the economy, the urgent measures required by the circumstances shall be taken by decree.
