Article L621-20-10 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The Autorité des marchés financiers is the competent authority, within the meaning of paragraph 18 of Article 2 and paragraph 6 of Article 6 of Regulation (EU) 2019/1238 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 June 2019 on a pan-European individual retirement savings product (PEPP), with regard to the providers of these products mentioned in a of paragraph 1 of the same Article 6, provided that these providers are authorised to provide investment services mentioned in Article L. 321-1 of this Code, as well as with regard to those mentioned in d, e and f of paragraph 1 of Article 6 of the aforementioned Regulation (EU) 2019/1238 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 June 2019.

Article L621-20-10

L’Autorité des marchés financiers est l’autorité compétente, au sens du paragraphe 18 de l’article 2 et du paragraphe 6 de l’article 6 du règlement (UE) 2019/1238 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 20 juin 2019 relatif à un produit paneuropéen d’épargne-retraite individuelle (PEPP), à l’égard des fournisseurs de ces produits mentionnés au a du paragraphe 1 du même article 6, sous réserve que ces fournisseurs soient agréés pour fournir des services d’investissement mentionnés à l’article L. 321-1 du présent code, ainsi qu’à l’égard de ceux mentionnés aux d, e et f du paragraphe 1 de l’article 6 du règlement (UE) 2019/1238 du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 20 juin 2019 précité.
