The Autorité des marchés financiers may receive voluntary contributions from professional associations representing persons subject to its supervision, with a view to financing projects of common interest.
An order of the Minister for the Economy shall specify the purpose of these contributions and the associations mentioned in the first paragraph.
L’Autorité des marchés financiers peut recevoir des contributions versées à titre volontaire par des associations professionnelles représentant les personnes soumises à son contrôle, en vue du financement de projets d’intérêt commun.
Un arrêté du ministre chargé de l’économie précise l’affectation de ces contributions et les associations mentionnées au premier alinéa.
