The General Regulation of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers may also lay down rules for informing the Autorité des Marchés Financiers and the public about orders, transactions and positions in financial instruments and units referred to inArticle L. 229-7 of the Environmental Code that are not admitted to trading on a regulated market.

Le règlement général de l’Autorité des marchés financiers peut également fixer des règles relatives à l’information de l’Autorité des marchés financiers et du public concernant les ordres, les transactions et les positions sur des instruments financiers et unités mentionnées à l’article L. 229-7 du code de l’environnement non admis aux négociations sur un marché réglementé.
