The employer undertakes to ensure that the apprentice follows the training provided by the centre and to take part in activities designed to coordinate this training with the in-company training.

The employer must ensure that the apprentice registers for and takes part in the examinations for the diploma or certificate certifying the vocational qualification covered by the contract.

L’employeur s’engage à faire suivre à l’apprenti la formation dispensée par le centre et à prendre part aux activités destinées à coordonner celle-ci et la formation en entreprise.

Il veille à l’inscription et à la participation de l’apprenti aux épreuves du diplôme ou du titre sanctionnant la qualification professionnelle prévue par le contrat.
