The apprenticeship supervisor must be an employee of the company, voluntary, of full age and of good character. Where appropriate, the employer or collaborating spouse may fulfil this role.
The conditions of professional competence required of an apprenticeship supervisor in application of article L. 6223-1 are determined by collective branch agreement.
In the absence of such an agreement, the conditions of professional competence required of an apprenticeship master are determined by regulation.
For contracts concluded in application of article L. 6227-1, the conditions of professional competence required of an apprenticeship master are determined by regulation.
