The alert provided for in the third paragraph of Article L. 6221-9 is sent to the Minister for Defence for the laboratories under his authority. This minister immediately informs the regional health agency concerned when the alert concerns a laboratory on the list provided for in article L. 6147-7.
Le signalement prévu au troisième alinéa de l’article L. 6221-9 est réalisé auprès du ministre de la défense pour les laboratoires relevant de son autorité. Ce ministre informe immédiatement l’agence régionale de santé concernée lorsque le signalement concerne un laboratoire inscrit sur la liste prévue à l’article L. 6147-7.
