Article L6225-3-1 of the French Labour Code

If the apprenticeship contract is terminated in application of article L. 6225-3, the training centre in which the apprentice is registered will take the necessary steps to enable him to follow his theoretical training for six months and will help to find him a new employer who will enable him to complete his training course.

Article L6225-3-1

En cas de rupture du contrat d’apprentissage en application de l’article L. 6225-3, le centre de formation dans lequel est inscrit l’apprenti prend les dispositions nécessaires pour lui permettre de suivre sa formation théorique pendant six mois et contribue à lui trouver un nouvel employeur susceptible de lui permettre d’achever son cycle de formation.
