Article L6225-3 of the French Labour Code

When the administrative authority decides that the current contracts cannot continue to be performed, the decision entails the termination of the contracts on the date of notification of this refusal to the parties concerned.

The employer shall pay the apprentices the sums it would have owed if the contract had continued to its term or to the end of the apprenticeship period.

Lorsque l’autorité administrative décide que les contrats en cours ne peuvent continuer à être exécutés, la décision entraîne la rupture des contrats à la date de notification de ce refus aux parties en cause.

L’employeur verse aux apprentis les sommes dont il aurait été redevable si le contrat s’était poursuivi jusqu’à son terme ou jusqu’au terme de la période d’apprentissage.
