Article L623-22-4 of the French Intellectual Property Code

The rights attached to a compulsory licence may not be assigned or transferred except with the undertaking or part of the undertaking to which they are attached.

This assignment or transfer is, on pain of nullity, subject to the authorisation of the court.

Les droits attachés à une licence obligatoire ne peuvent être ni cédés, ni transmis, si ce n’est avec l’entreprise ou la partie de l’entreprise à laquelle ils sont rattachés.

Cette cession ou transmission est, à peine de nullité, soumise à l’autorisation du tribunal.
