Article L6235-3 of the French Labour Code

I.- Book I of this Part, in its provisions applicable to apprenticeships, is applicable to cross-border apprenticeships.

II.- By way of derogation from I, the following provisions are not applicable:

1° Where the practical part of the apprenticeship training is carried out in the border country, Title III ;

2° Where the theoretical part of the apprenticeship training is carried out in the border country, Section 4 of Chapter I of Title I and Chapter III of the same Title.

Article L6235-3

I.-Le livre Ier de la présente partie, dans ses dispositions applicables à l’apprentissage, est applicable à l’apprentissage transfrontalier.

II.-Par dérogation au I, les dispositions suivantes ne sont pas applicables :

1° Lorsque la partie pratique de la formation par apprentissage est réalisée dans le pays frontalier, le titre III ;

2° Lorsque la partie théorique de la formation par apprentissage est réalisée dans le pays frontalier, la section 4 du chapitre Ier du titre Ier et le chapitre III du même titre.
