The Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution and the Autorité des marchés financiers may only use information they receive that is covered by professional secrecy for the performance of their duties.

A decree of the Conseil d’Etat shall specify the conditions of application of this article.

L’Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution et l’Autorité des marchés financiers ne peuvent utiliser les informations couvertes par le secret professionnel qu’elles reçoivent que pour l’accomplissement de leurs missions.
