The public or private training bodies mentioned in article L. 6325-2 may not make the enrolment of an employee on a professionalisation contract conditional upon the latter paying a financial contribution of any kind.

Les organismes publics ou privés de formation mentionnés à l’article L. 6325-2 ne peuvent conditionner l’inscription d’un salarié en contrat de professionnalisation au versement par ce dernier d’une contribution financière de quelque nature qu’elle soit.
