Article L6331-36 of the French Labour Code

The contribution provided for in article L. 6331-35 contributes to the development of initial vocational training, particularly apprenticeships, and continuing vocational training in the building and public works professions.

This contribution contributes to

1° Informing young people, their families and companies about initial vocational training and the building and public works trades;

2° To develop vocational training in the building and public works trades;

3° Financing specific actions aimed at pre-training and professional integration of people under the age of twenty-six, as well as activities and support related to apprentice training;

4° To the operating costs of the Comité de Concertation et de Coordination de l’Apprentissage du Bâtiment et des Travaux Publics, within certain limits;

5° To cover the expenses incurred for the joint management of this contribution by the organisations sitting on the consultation and coordination committee for apprenticeships in the building and public works sector, up to a percentage of the sums collected in respect of the contribution.

Article L6331-36

La cotisation prévue à l’article L. 6331-35 concourt au développement de la formation professionnelle initiale, notamment de l’apprentissage, et de la formation professionnelle continue dans les métiers des professions du bâtiment et des travaux publics.

Cette cotisation contribue :

1° A l’information des jeunes, de leurs familles et des entreprises, sur la formation professionnelle initiale ou sur les métiers du bâtiment et des travaux publics ;

2° Au développement de la formation professionnelle dans les métiers du bâtiment et des travaux publics ;

3° Au financement d’actions particulières visant, d’une part, la préformation et l’insertion professionnelle des publics de moins de vingt-six ans, d’autre part, l’animation et l’accompagnement connexes à la formation des apprentis ;

4° Aux frais de fonctionnement du comité de concertation et de coordination de l’apprentissage du bâtiment et des travaux publics, dans certaines limites ;

5° A la prise en charge des dépenses exposées pour la gestion paritaire de cette cotisation par les organisations, siégeant au comité de concertation et de coordination de l’apprentissage du bâtiment et des travaux publics, dans la limite d’un pourcentage du montant des sommes collectées au titre de la cotisation.
