Article L6331-68 of the French Labour Code

The contributions provided for in Article L. 6331-65 are paid to France Compétences, which, in accordance with Article L. 6123-5, distributes and allocates the funds:

1° To the approved skills operator, in respect of contributions paid pursuant to article L. 6331-55, within a specific section ;

2° To the body mentioned in article L. 6333-1, for the financing of the personal training account;

3° To the operators responsible for implementing professional development advice.

The amounts of the two fractions of the collection allocated to the financing of the personal training account for self-employed workers and to professional development advice are determined by a joint order of the ministers responsible for social security, culture and professional training.

A Conseil d’Etat decree determines the organisational and operational procedures of the special section mentioned in 1° of this article.

Article L6331-68

Les contributions prévues à l’article L. 6331-65 sont reversées à France compétences, qui procède, conformément à l’article L. 6123-5, à la répartition et à l’affectation des fonds :

1° A l’opérateur de compétences agréé, au titre des contributions versées en application de l’article L. 6331-55, au sein d’une section particulière ;

2° A l’organisme mentionné à l’article L. 6333-1, pour le financement du compte personnel de formation ;

3° Aux opérateurs chargés de la mise en œuvre du conseil en évolution professionnelle.

Les montants des deux fractions de la collecte affectées au financement du compte personnel de formation des travailleurs indépendants et au conseil en évolution professionnelle sont déterminés par un arrêté conjoint des ministres chargés de la sécurité sociale, de la culture et de la formation professionnelle.

Un décret en Conseil d’Etat détermine les modalités d’organisation et de fonctionnement de la section particulière mentionnée au 1° du présent article.
