Temporary work companies, regardless of the number of employees, pay a conventional contribution, the rate of which is at least equal to 0.30% of the amount of earned income mentioned in the first paragraph of article L. 6331-3, defined by an extended branch agreement concluded between the employees’ trade unions and the employers’ professional organisations concerned, which determines the terms of use, taking into account in particular the needs of priority groups under employment policy. This contribution is calculated on the same basis as the statutory contribution. The conditions for collection and payment of the contribution are specified in the branch agreement.
In the absence of an extended agreement, an additional contribution equal to 0.30% of the amount of earned income mentioned in the first paragraph of article L. 6331-3 is paid as part of the funding obligation. The terms and conditions of its use are defined by decision of the operator managing the continuing vocational training funds. This contribution is calculated on the same basis as the statutory contribution and collected by the skills operator.
