Article L6362-7 of the French Labour Code

The organisations responsible for carrying out all or part of the actions mentioned in article L. 6313-1 shall pay to the Treasury, jointly and severally with their de facto or de jure managers, a sum equal to the amount of expenditure that has been the subject of a rejection decision pursuant to article L. 6362-10.

Les organismes chargés de réaliser tout ou partie des actions mentionnées l’article L. 6313-1 versent au Trésor public, solidairement avec leurs dirigeants de fait ou de droit, une somme égale au montant des dépenses ayant fait l’objet d’une décision de rejet en application de l’article L. 6362-10.
