Article L641-14-1 of the French Commercial code

The liquidator, with the agreement of the administrator, if one has been appointed, may acquiesce in a claim for revendication or restitution of an asset mentioned in Section 3 of Chapter IV of Title II of this Book. Failing agreement between them or in the event of a dispute, the claim shall be brought before the juge-commissaire who shall rule in the light of the observations of the claimant, the debtor, the liquidator and, where applicable, the administrator.

Le liquidateur, avec l’accord de l’administrateur, s’il en a été désigné, peut acquiescer à la demande en revendication ou en restitution d’un bien mentionné à la section 3 du chapitre IV du titre II du présent livre. A défaut d’accord entre eux ou en cas de contestation, la demande est portée devant le juge-commissaire qui statue au vu des observations du demandeur, du débiteur, du liquidateur et, le cas échéant, de l’administrateur.
