Article L6416-4 of the French Public Health Code

The total amount of the annual allocations paid by the Mayotte social security fund is financed, on the one hand, by the proceeds of the contribution to the Mayotte sickness and maternity insurance scheme provided for in article 21 of order no. 96-1122 of 20 December 1996 as amended relating to the improvement of public health in Mayotte and, on the other hand, by a payment from the health insurance schemes in mainland France that participate in the financing of the annual hospital allocation mentioned in article L. 174-1 of the social security code. The payment from these schemes in mainland France is equal to the difference between the amount of the annual allocations to public health establishments and the proceeds of the contribution mentioned above.

Article L6416-4

Le montant total des dotations annuelles versées par la caisse de sécurité sociale de Mayotte est financé, d’une part, par le produit de la contribution au régime d’assurance maladie-maternité de Mayotte prévue à l’article 21 de l’ordonnance n° 96-1122 du 20 décembre 1996 modifiée relative à l’amélioration de la santé publique à Mayotte, d’autre part, par un versement des régimes métropolitains d’assurance maladie qui participent au financement de la dotation annuelle hospitalière mentionnée à l’article L. 174-1 du code de la sécurité sociale. Le versement de ces régimes métropolitains est égal à la différence entre le montant des dotations annuelles des établissements publics de santé et le produit de la contribution mentionnée précédemment.
