Article L6416-6 of the French Public Health Code

Regulatory measures shall determine the terms and conditions for the application of this chapter, in particular the applicable procedures and the conditions for appealing against decisions taken on the basis of article L. 6416-5. Unless otherwise provided, they shall be adopted by decree of the Conseil d’Etat.

Des mesures réglementaires déterminent les modalités d’application du présent chapitre, notamment les procédures applicables et les conditions de recours contre les décisions prises sur le fondement de l’article L. 6416-5. Sauf dispositions contraires, elles sont prises par décret en Conseil d’Etat.
