For the application of Article L. 6332-3 in Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Mayotte, La Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, the skills operator includes a steering committee comprising the employee trade union organisations and the professional employers’ organisations that are members and present in the territory concerned. This steering committee receives the Skills Operator’s annual activity report, which includes a statement of its financial commitments in the territory concerned. It proposes guidelines to the Skills Operator’s Board of Directors for the management of funds and the implementation of its missions.

Pour l’application, en Guadeloupe, en Guyane, en Martinique, à Mayotte, à La Réunion, à Saint-Barthélemy, à Saint-Martin et à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, de l’article L. 6332-3, l’opérateur de compétences comporte un conseil d’orientation comprenant les organisations syndicales de salariés et les organisations professionnelles d’employeurs adhérentes et présentes sur le territoire concerné. Ce conseil d’orientation reçoit communication du rapport annuel d’activité de l’opérateur de compétences comportant l’état de ses engagements financiers sur le territoire concerné. Il propose des orientations au conseil d’administration de l’opérateur de compétences pour la gestion des fonds et la mise en œuvre de ses missions.
