Article L6523-2-3 of the French Labour Code

For the application in Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique, Mayotte, La Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon of article L. 6332-14 :

1° The levels of support for apprenticeship contracts set at national level by the branches, mentioned in 1° of I of this article, may be adjusted by decision of the board of directors of the skills operator to take account of the additional costs associated with providing social support for apprentices in the greatest difficulty;

2° The skills operator may pay, under the financial section mentioned in 1° of Article L. 6332-3, the ancillary costs generated by the mobility of apprentices to mainland France or to other overseas territories.

Pour l’application en Guadeloupe, en Guyane, en Martinique, à Mayotte, à La Réunion, à Saint-Barthélemy, à Saint-Martin et à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon de l’article L. 6332-14 :

1° Les niveaux de prise en charge des contrats d’apprentissage fixés au niveau national par les branches, mentionnés au 1° du I de cet article, peuvent faire l’objet d’une modulation par décision du conseil d’administration de l’opérateur de compétences pour tenir compte des surcoûts liés à l’accompagnement social des apprentis les plus en difficulté ;

2° L’opérateur de compétences peut prendre en charge, au titre de la section financière mentionnée au 1° de l’article L. 6332-3, les frais annexes générés par la mobilité des apprentis vers la métropole ou vers d’autres territoires d’outre-mer.
