Article L71-111-9 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The president of the assembly of French Guiana shall present the administrative account annually to the assembly of French Guiana, which shall debate it under the chairmanship of one of its members.

The president of the assembly of French Guiana may, even if he is no longer in office, attend the discussion. He must withdraw at the time of the vote.

The administrative account is adopted by the Assembly of French Guiana.

Previously, the Assembly of French Guiana adopts the management account for the closed financial year.

Le président de l’assemblée de Guyane présente annuellement le compte administratif à l’assemblée de Guyane, qui en débat sous la présidence de l’un de ses membres.

Le président de l’assemblée de Guyane peut, même s’il n’est plus en fonctions, assister à la discussion. Il doit se retirer au moment du vote.

Le compte administratif est adopté par l’assemblée de Guyane.

Préalablement, l’assemblée de Guyane arrête le compte de gestion de l’exercice clos.
