Article L71-113-2 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The appropriations required for the operation of the Economic, Social, Environmental, Cultural and Education Council and, where applicable, for the carrying out of its studies are entered separately in the budget of the local authority.

The President of the Assembly of French Guyana notifies the President of the Economic, Social, Environmental, Cultural and Education Council of the appropriations each year after the budget has been voted.

Les crédits nécessaires au fonctionnement du conseil économique, social, environnemental, de la culture et de l’éducation et, le cas échéant, à la réalisation de ses études font l’objet d’une inscription distincte au budget de la collectivité territoriale.

Ils sont notifiés chaque année, après le vote du budget, au président du conseil économique, social, environnemental, de la culture et de l’éducation par le président de l’assemblée de Guyane.
