Article L7121-7-1 of the French Labour Code

Employers falling within the scope of application of the one-stop shop set out in article L. 7122-22 must, in the absence of contractual provisions specific to performing artists and technicians in respect of their main activity, when they employ a performing artist or technician, ensure that they benefit from the provisions of a collective agreement for performing activities and refer to it in the declaration of employment form.

Les employeurs relevant du champ d’application du guichet unique fixé à l’article L. 7122-22 doivent, en l’absence de dispositions conventionnelles spécifiques aux artistes et techniciens du spectacle au titre de leur activité principale, lorsqu’ils emploient un artiste ou un technicien du spectacle, les faire bénéficier des dispositions d’une convention collective des activités du spectacle et s’y référer dans le formulaire de déclaration d’emploi.
