The competent administrative authority may object to the continuation of the activity and terminate the validity of the declaration in the event of failure to comply with the employer’s obligations under this Code, the social security system or the provisions relating to the protection of literary and artistic property, as well as the obligations relating to the safety of entertainment venues.

Article L7122-7

L’autorité administrative compétente peut s’opposer à la poursuite de l’activité et mettre fin à la validité de la déclaration en cas de méconnaissance des obligations de l’employeur prévues par le présent code, par le régime de sécurité sociale ou par les dispositions relatives à la protection de la propriété littéraire et artistique ainsi que des obligations en matière de sécurité des lieux de spectacle.
